Gay Cavalier was the state of the art athletic Morgan show horse of his day. These photos were taken at the New England Morgan Horse Show 35 years ago!  In fact, we think he was ahead of his time in terms of action, charisma and athleticism. Dr. Orcutt and Pat Tataronis showed Cavalier to many championships for the Morses under saddle and in harness. He sired 15 Green Meads Morgans. Last seen, Cavalier had learned a new job as a western pleasure horse in his old age for John and Spook Rix, a true testament to the versatility of well bred Morgan stock.
